갤럭시 s20 플러스 업데이트(2020년 5월)

 

드디어 갤럭시 s20 시리즈 소프트웨어 업데이트가 진행되었습니다.

 

이번 갤럭시 s20 시리즈는 카메라 센서가 많이 커졌습니다.

특히 갤럭시 S20 울트라는 더 커졌죠.

카메라 센서가 커지면 좋은 겁니다.

카메라 업계에서는 '센서가 깡패다.'라는 말이 있을 정도입니다.

그러나 센서가 커지면 심도가 얕아지는데요.

이 말은 초점거리가 멀어지게 된다는 것입니다.

다시 말해서 가까이 찍는 접사의 최소 거리가 10cm 이상 멀어지게 된다는 것입니다.

그래서 갤럭시 s20의 단점으로 AF가 많이 지적되었는데요.

"AF: auto focus"

즉, 자동 초점을 맞추는 기능입니다.

갤럭시 s20 울트라는 카메라에 올인했다는 것을 감안했을 때 이 문제는 꾀나 큰 문제입니다.

저도 카메라의 스펙과 결과물을 보고 구매를 했는데 이렇게 문제가 생겨서는 안 되겠죠.

매번 업데이트되는 소프트웨어 업데이트의 개선 내용이 카메라 개선이 포함되어 있었습니다.

그만큼 삼성이 갤럭시 s20의 카메라에 심혈을 기울이고 있다는 뜻이기도 합니다.

또한 드러내지 않고 업데이트된 것들도 있었는데요.

스피커의 밸런스가 많이 좋아졌다고 합니다.

 

이번 소프트웨어 업데이트를 통해서 얼마나 많이 개선되었는지 알아보도록 하겠습니다.

 

 

갤럭시 s20 울트라에만 적용된 업데이트입니다.

클로즈업 줌 사용 기능

바로 클로즈업 줌 기능입니다.

사물을 가까이 찍으려고 할 때, 즉 접사를 찍을 때 이 버튼이 생깁니다.

확실히 깨끗하게 나오는 것을 확인하실 수 있습니다.

주변부도 깔끔하고 중심부도 깨끗하게 나옵니다.

이 기능은 접사가 잘 나오도록 확대 기능을 사용하는 것인데요.

가깝게 보이도록 확대해주는 기능입니다.

 

삼성이 기능을 정상적으로 사용할 수 있도록 노력한다는 점에서 칭찬할 수밖에 없네요.

하지만 처음부터 이런 것을 감안하고 기능을 탑재했다면 보다 좋은 평을 받을 수 있었을 것입니다.

 

 

 

또, 스피커의 밸런스가 좋아졌습니다.

다른 불만이 있었다면 바로 사운드의 질인데요.

애플과는 비교되는 음질의 퀄리티가 갤럭시 s20 사용자들을 실망하게 했습니다.

하지만 이번 소프트웨어 업데이트를 통해서 조금이나마 개선되었습니다.

애플의 퀄리티를 따라잡으려면 아직 멀었지만 그래도 조금씩 가까워져서 그다음에는 최고라는 평을 들었으면 좋겠습니다.
